In their April/May 2026 issue, Aircraft Cabin Management magazine, part of Aviation Business News, published an extract from the Jetliner Cabins: Evolution & Innovation E-Book by Jennifer Coutts Clay. The article titled Dining á la Jet Set presents the challenges and opportunities for commercial airlines as they seek to satisfy the appetites of hungry passengers with appealing inflight meals. Jennifer discusses the use of marketing tie-ins with famous brands and celebrity chefs, the results of cost-cutting to meal offerings after September 11, 2001, and the modern turn to healthier and more customizable meal options.
